Q: Is there anything special I need to do before I get to the venue to scan my mobile?
A: Be sure to open your ticket before you get to the stadium and make sure the backlight on your phone is set nice and bright, scanners work much better with a bright screen. Then simply scan your mobile ticket at the entry to the venue.

Q: Does everyone have to arrive together if I have selected multiple Mobile Tickets?
A: No, as long as everyone has their own Mobile Ticket, you don't all need to arrive together. 
You can send the tickets to separate mobile numbers at the time of purchase or opt to have all the tickets sent to your phone and forward them to friends at a later time.

Q: What happens if I purchase multiple tickets and haven't received them all?
A: If you have not received all of your expected SMS's to the nominated mobile number, please contact Ticketek.

Q: What happens if I forget my phone or my battery dies at the venue?
A: Go to the venue Box Office and they will be able to help you.  You will need to provide some form of ID so that the staff can access your Ticketek account details.
